Kentucky Bluegrass- We blend four of the highest rated gold tag varieties of seed to achieve a grass with dark, rich color. This grass is known for its cold and stress tolerance. A strong underground rhizome system allows the plant to recover quickly
when subjected to drought, cold, or turf injury. Ideal for medium to high maintenance applications. Well suited for most homeowners.

Bluegrass/Ryegrass Blend- Same characteristics as the bluegrass with slightly more drought tolerance. Has good wear tolerance for high traffic applications.

Promix- This is a mixture of 45% Ryegrass, 35% Bluegrass and 20% Fine Fescue. This blend of grass is more drought tolerant, will wear well, and tolerate more shade then the Blue and Blue Rye grasses.

Tall Turf Fescue- This grass is very durable. It is drought and wet resistant. It will also stand a higher percentage of shade then the Bluegrasses previously listed. The Tall Fescue does not have the same dark rich color, and is not as soft to the touch as the other grasses.

Bentgrass- Predominately used for golf courses. Our variety is Pen-Trio.
